The cathedral in Lisieux felt the largest. The vertical space was nearly overwhelming as we worshiped. It reinforced the small place we occupy on this planet. And yet, as we praised we sensed our significance in God's plan.

Going Deep

We never thought the Worshiplanet Band would play under the sea!

Camera man David asked, "why don't you guys do a song down here?" And that is exactly what happened!

Hopefully it will make it onto the DVD as an extra clip.

PS. The tip money in the guitar case is our own. Sad isn' it?

What is the Restore Project?

It is a Worshiplanet, Inc. CD/DVD project.

A live worship event, lead by Mark Tedder and the Worshiplanet band.

Filmed live across Europe.

What is your spiritual goal for the Restore CD/DVD?

To call Europe back to God; to stir faith that change is possible,to turn the tide back toward a God conscience,to awaken hope and a future that God is working in Europe!

Your last live project was in China, why Europe?

Because the statistics are alarming. In 1900 over 80% of all Christians lived in Europe, by 2005 it was under 40%, and will likely fall below 30% before 2050. Europe is truly post Christian and spiritually desperate.

Do you have a scriptural foundation for your project?

"Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings." Isaiah 58:12

Why now?

Among the ruins of a former faith God can rebuild his church in Europe. The call is urgent. The time is now. Alternative worldviews threaten to engulf whole populations - with Islam being a major concern. The call is deep, as a faith buried in the centuries of Europe’s history seeks to find its voice again.

Who will view this DVD and listen to the CD?

It is our goal that Christ followers everywhere will use Restore as an evangelistic tool, much like The Door was used.

We pray it reaches the ears of Europeans who have wandered from the church. And of course it will be used as a resource for worship leaders and their teams.

What is its purpose?

To give people hope to re-imagine their cities and countries restored and renewed by the power of Christ.

Increased awareness and prayer cover for post-Christian Europe are part of this live worship project.

Where did you record and film Restore?

In Europe’s cathedrals, cafés, & streets.

What cities & countries specifically?

Prague, Czech Republic

Lincoln, UK

Florence, Italy

and Lisieux, France

Have you done anything like this before?

Yes! We recorded The Door, the first ever live worship CD/DVD filmed in mainland China.

What did your team look like?

Fourteen volunteer musicians, vocalists, cameramen, sound engineers, producers, and drivers from the USA, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Singapore, Ireland, & Australia are ready to roll!
